New beginners sessions will start up on 12th January 2026 in both Thurso and Wick.
The Wick session starts at 18:00 and meets on Mondays at the Wick Youth Club.
The Thurso session starts at 17:30 and meets on Mondays at the Thurso Squash Court.

John O’ Groats trail run
A healthy 28 runners participated in this year’s John O’ Groats trail run.
Weather conditions were good: calm, bright and with reasonable temperatures.

Dunnett Forest Night Run, 11th November 2023
Well last night was fun, there was 22 of us running round the forest either doing 1, 2 or 3 laps, its all rock’n roll in our lives : ) It was lovely to see everyone.
A big Thank You to Sandy, Les, Amy and Jake for organising another brilliant trail run. It really was a super night. There were a couple of tumbles though, natures pesky obstacles! The ground is really quite wet and boggy in parts and I took a fall myself so I can empathise with the others and I do hope they all make a speedy recovery.

Noss Head trail run, 29th October 2023
Noss Head was the location of the first trail run in the 2023/2034 season.
A total 23 runners took part in the trail run, with 22 doing the full 6 mile course up to Ackergill Tower via the lighthouse.
The weather was fairly wild with strong winds from the east, and although there was no rain, there were instances where runners were sprayed with sea / sea foam.
Many thanks to John and Marion Budge, Stuart and Ruth Akers-Pyper, Jennifer Bremner and Francesca-Aub Robinson for marshalling, and Pat and David for catering at Staxigoe Hall. The tea and food were excellent, so thanks to everyone who contributed / helped!
