Report 14 - Week beginning 12/04/10

After my problems of the previous week I went back to see Mike who gave me a cortisone injection in my troublesome knee. I was told to rest until Sunday and then try a run which I did but very very disappointingly after a mile I had to stop as the pain in my knee was so bad, in fact as bad as it has been. So where do I go from here, right now I am unsure but I am not throwing the towel in just yet I will seek further medical advice and will try and keep my fitness in the gym and hope my knee clears up.
